Not when you have almost 380 Deviations Deary, I've seen people with not even 100 deviations have over 50k in views and most of those are bases they've traced over! It's a real put down sometimes to see that.

Well it's not so much time, but you need to find 'models'. Everyone likes the artist, so just ask "do you mind if I draw you?" or just don't tell them. Keep adding detail to it and slowly you'll realize "ooooh if I make this curve like that and this more circular...." you'll gradually become better and apply your studies to all your work.

ah your so right! i think i should work on proportions and small details. oh gosh. how long did it take to make the picture i favorited?? it's so detailed and beautiful :] maybe it also takes the help of a drawing tablet, huh?

Practice makes perfect. Draw things then look at them and figure out how to make them better.

Which one was that love? I'm not so good with remembering who favorited what XD

Well Tablets are kinda tricky to get used to. It's like drawing while not looking. However, it does help improve your regular sketches. My advice is start drawing with pen. You'll make mistakes but as you keep going you'll learn how to avoid them because pen is permanent.

ok , pen. Thank you so much for your advice X3 i`1l do it. And yeah that sounds difficult to draw without looking down 0-O I was thinking about getting one for my birthday.

It'll take some getting used to, so I recommend not using a mouse or touch pad anymore. Just the pad itself.

oh i do not have a touch pad. i use my mouse but it sounds pretty cool to control things that way. is there a tablet you would recommend?

Well I have the older model of Wacom, but Bamboo is cheaper and works just the same. I'd recommend that one if you're tight on money.
