What i mean is, those "accidents" we sometimes get when we creating something, are sometimes just the right answer to the problem. Most "accidents" i have when i use two different technques in a painting.
(like mixing oil and water based paint). So in short, i sort of agree.
Different styles and techniques, sharpen you're skills.

Amazing what a little white outline will do.
I think it gives a graffiti feal to the picture.

I try not to keep the same style because then it become a routine.
I rather change up the subject matter and sharpen my techique.

I do the same, but with me it's because i get all kinds of idea's.
And i can express them in different styles, 2d, 3d and digital.
I've got a constand flow of creative idea's, so i'm always doin something.
In 2d i have masterd different styles and techniques. I usally combine these styles and techniques to get an original result. I think that you gotta use what you got, how small and insignifigant it normally is. One day it will bring you a perfect answer.
