Eviscara: (It was Winter in Vitalis, the kingdom Eviscara founded when she came to this world, the snow covering the land as far as the eye can see and the icicles glimmering in the light like diamonds. Eviscara inspected her domain. Life energy flowed throughout Vitalis, it was such that the crops could still grow unhindered even in the harshness of Winter, and those who were close to death when entering the kingdom did not stay that way for much longer. She sits on the ledge of the highest tower of the cathedral in Septlia, Vitalis's capitol, with a magnificent view of most of the land. the fierce winds blew much harder up here than near the ground, but that hardly mattered. She not only wasn't bothered by the cold but also was refreshed by it, it reminded her of home. Looking down on the town, she could see the hustle and bustle of her people going about their day. She could sense a familiar presence among them, Evora probably. She started singing in Gaelic, the sound waves resonating through the air and reaching the town below.)

Evora: *she huffs into her hands to warm them. She's been in this kingdom for serval days now. Her main reason was to see her beloved mistress once more. Master Finn seems to ill and she desperate for assistance. She does not know if she will help but it was worth a shot. Dvorak plays with her sword slicing through the air.*

Eviscara: (Impatience gnawed at Eviscara. it had only been 10 minutes, but it felt like weeks had passed, and Evora still wasn't up here "Don't tell me she didn't hear me. Either that or her sense of direction could use a metric ton of work. Fine. I'll come to her." her shadow grew darker and began to twist around of the floor as she controlled it. it then became three-dimensional, consumed her and then disappeared. Eviscara walked out of the darkness of an alley about twenty feet from Evora moments later. the market square was bustling despite the cold and would mask her presence. She then leisurely walked up behind Evora.) You know, a sword isn't a toy. How are you doing, lass?

Evora jumped. She dropped her sword making it clatter on the ground. Face flushed, she answered: "Well. It's Master Finn. I need your help mistress." She scooped up her sword with little to no grace. "And a word of warning would be nice. My game is really "on" today." When she had left her Master's that morning, her eyes were swimming with fear and tears. Some felt a sharp stab of pain upon realizing she not said anything to him before she took her leave. Her biggest worry is that she not reach him in time to talk to him again.

Eviscara: ("Well, now. Can absolutely nothing go our way for once?" Eviscara and Evora had been preparing their own escapade for some time now, for as great life was in Vitalis it still had it's share of problems. And now this surfaces.) Finn's Mortality is often as great a hindrance as it is a strength. (kneels down to eye level, place's her hands on the girl's shoulders and gives a reassuring smile) You know I'll always be there for you, say your concerns aloud. (she sensed that Finn was in danger, mortally ill or wounded)

i was also assuming that, like Blaze, Penn and their respective girlfriends, a time skip happened and she is now a little older than she was when first introduced. (i.e. Polaris who was 14 when introduced but is now 17)

Eviscara: alright, Evora. Today's Lesson, involves Armament Haki (she was at the Teltana residence backyard [Mr. and Mrs. Teltana didn't allow Hand-to-hand combat inside, which was reasonable] dressed in athletic wear and bare foot. just like always when she and Evora [who was dressed the same way] were training.) more specifically, we're going to strengthen it against elemental attacks. (she faced her student, took up a boxing stance, and then smiled as her fists started to slightly crackle with electricity.)

Evora: Yes teacher. *Evora has grown to like Eviscara quite a bit and while the training is hard she is pleased to be learning from such a master. She gets into a battle stance and allows flames to spark off her fists, with a bit of pleasure she says:* Bring it on.

Eviscara: (she smirks. "she is most certainly in for a surprise". Eviscara threw her fist forward and, at the last instant, changed the element from lightning to ice. Evora had been prepared to get zapped by a defibrillating punch to the gut, and so was unprepared when instead a sheet of frost washed over her. As a result, her body had gone numb in a instant and propelled her backward into the picket fence behind her.)

Eviscara: one must be prepared for every contingency, Evora. Combined with being naturally unpredictable, it's how I've gained my reputation. (she had demonstrated said reputation throughout their time knowing each other of course, Eviscara had once reversed gravity on a bunch of poor fools that were tormenting the poor lass and then corrected it again when they were sufficiently high enough. not that her own antics went so far as that when using them during lessons, Evora had become something of another daughter or surrogate little sister to the Chosen and thus harming her up to a certain degree had become unthinkable.) you must be prepared for anything life throws at you, so i'm just trying to have you stay on your toes.

Evora: *she huffs because there's logic in her words.* I know but you should know by now I don't like being overpowered so quickly and early in battle. *she creates fire in her hands again* Let me go first this time. (One of Evora's greatest flaws is her desire to prove herself in every battle.)

Eviscara: *smiles warmly* aye, very well duine óg. (she raised her fists, still keeping them frozen. There she goes again showing off that flaw, one of these days someone is going to exploit it and bait her into something she can't handle.)

Evora: *throws her fire quickly and without pause* HA! *leaps from side to side getting closer and closer while dashing forward*, Catch me! *a few more shots are fired*

Eviscara: *throws her arm out as a shield and gets hit by the first blow, but it has the effect of water washing over the shingles of a roof. whatever fireballs she doesn't bother dodging has similar effects. she keeps Observation Haki on and an unwavering eye on Evora, able to keep track of her even when the girl is using the Shave and Moonwalk techniques. When she's just close enough, Eviscara charges forward, sliding underneath the fireballs closing within melee distance instantly, and unleashing a flurry of blows, switching elements each time.* (Evora had heeded her advice and thus the strikes weren't as effective as the first time, but the elemental damage was still apparent. despite the pain caused, the combat likely shouldn't stop until Evora's Haki is better.)*First, Eviscara clapped Evora's ears with earth- enhanced strikes and started them ringing. Then, while she was dazed and stunned, Eviscara struck her again square in the heart with a lightning enhanced palm.* (to her credit, Evora only went to her knees) don't forget, this lesson is for defense against elements. fighting back mustn't be your first priority.

Evora: *ears in complete pain but can hear enough to understand and sniffs slightly from the ringing* Fighting back is HOW I defend myself! If you don't like it- *decides not to finish because it's pointless, quickly thinks of the next move* Fine, now you.

Eviscara: Defense as in taking blows, not dishing them out. you see, Armament Haki works like your immune system. The more your Haki is exposed to a certain type of attack, the better it gets at shrugging it off. Armament is described as "invisible armor" after all so it makes sense for it to make you tougher. *walks a few paces away and turns to face Evora* check it out, it's already working. (at the back of her mind, Evora could tell that it's true. the Force field of spirit energy that surrounds her body seems slightly more... solid somehow.)

((Well I did it with Blaze and Penn so might as well flesh out Evora’s moves too.))
· After being Finn’s apprentice, Evora’s body is physically fit to the peak of Human potential (at least, as far as her teenage body will go).
· She is highly skilled in sword combat through her training with Finn.
Eviscara had become intrigued by Evora’s potential after witnessing how she handled a situation (something about an innocent family and bandits), so the Chosen decided to teach her a few things on the side.
Warning: techniques marked with a * take years to master. Granted, the progress Eviscara had made with teaching Evora these moves with her rather rough training style in such a short time is astonishing, it hasn’t been nearly long enough to even call the young one a master of such moves. As a result Evora’s use of them is imperfect.
· Blaze and Penn have strong Willpowers due to their fiery natures, but Evora’s Will seems to be far stronger than either. It was this trait that helped attract Eviscara’s attention to begin with.
o *Eviscara had taught Evora the secrets of Haki, the art of using ambition and willpower to enhance your combat prowess. She can use Armament Haki to use her fighting spirit and determination as an invisible suit of armor that enhances her strikes, although it is ineffective against ranged, magic and elemental attacks, doesn't boost her attacks very greatly and she can’t touch intangible enemies yet either, and can also use Observation Haki, using confidence and presence to see attacks coming ahead of time, although she can’t use it to sense where people are, can’t mimic bullet time, and struggles to predict ranged attacks.
· *Eviscara taught Evora three of the Six Powers, the Finger Pistol, Moonwalk and Shave techniques. A close range technique that involves jabbing your finger into an opponent, jumping off the air hard enough to effectively walk on it, and moving at imperceptible speeds (usually as a Flash Step) respectively. However using the finger pistol is slow and very hard on the fingers for Evora (which is why she usually uses it in combination with Haki), her legs can only take enough stress to jump off the air only once each jump, and she can only use shave in short bursts.
· *Eviscara showed Evora how strong her soul really was, and had taught her how to Not only resist soul manipulation but also how to use the spiritual energy that such a strong soul gave off, allowing her to shape it into weapons, perceive spirits, absorbing spirit energy to gain a boost or heal, or to control spirit particles and shape them into elemental attacks like flames or light. However, they didn't get around to the advanced stuff that Essence users could do such as flying with spirit energy or projecting an aura that could then be controlled.
