a little programe called
Microsoft GIF animator, i dont think it get anymore simple-er than that you dont even ned instructions its really simple.

Sure. ill do my best. it might take max till friday. but im in the process of making a kairi sprite you know when she was like really young. yeah. i can do that from riku to. i could do him as a child him as a kid and then him in kh2. ?? HHmmhm. yes well. i just adore spriting and kingdom hearts.
