I know I haven't talked to you in quite a while, so forgive me for jumping into some direct questions, but I recall you were going to San Francisco State. Are you still there? Are you or anyone you know looking for a roommate? I've got a friend who's starting there in the fall (Stephen knows her and approves of her, if that makes any difference. She's venusprincess here on da [link] ). Anyways, she couldn't get into the dorms and is looking for an alternate rooming situation. So, if you know of anyone looking/have any advice for her, it'd be really awesome if you'd help her out.

I'm still in San Francisco, but not at State, so unfortunately I wouldn't be able to room with her, and most people I know already have rooms.

Indeed, it has been quite awhile! (Ironically, I'm going to update my journal tonight. XD)
SFSU is awesome! As of yet, I have not failed any of my classes (I think...), and I'm not really homesick. The weather is lovely and cold most of the time, and the Giants won the world series! (I got to watch illegal fireworks after the game. 
Overall, it's been good.

Things here are good. There's always stuff to do and great people, so it's a lot of fun. But there's so much work to do! I am a bit homesick since half of my school is in-state, and probably another quarter is from Illinois, Iowa, Wisconson, etc. I'm kind of the only one who isn't going home at all until December. But the people here make up for it. My roommate's mom is taking us out to dinner tonight for my birthday, and I'll be at her house for Thanksgiving.
