# About me
Hello, my name is Maris. I'm 13 years old, and really enjoy drawing, music, and anime/manga~.Music is also something I really like. I listen to mostly country and rock,
but I also quite frequently listen to Vocaloids and UTAUloids.
My favorite UTAUloid singer is Kasane Teto~~*heart*.
Anyways, hoping to strive further into a more musical lifestyle,
I take part in playing the piano, basson, and mellophone.
I started piano at a young age and continue to do so today,
and hopefully for the rest of my life.
Bassoon was something I took up in concert band at school,
and I enjoy that very much as well.
Mellophone came into play when I joined the marching band of my district.
I love this, too.
I wouldn't really say I take singing all that seriously, though.
Drawing is clearly a hobby taken seriously of mine, hehe.
Though I'm certainly not the best and have a lot of room for improvement,
I try not to get discouraged too much and pursue my happiness and satisfaction instead.
From looking through my gallery you will see that I draw mostly anime and manga.
However! I do like to draw realistically, as well.
But my more dominant style would be anime and manga,
so that's why there's not much realistic stuff in there.
Maybe some day I will take up more realistic qualities in my artwork.
Though I rarely do this, I also enjoy to write.
Poetry and fanfictions for anime are the main things I write about.
Sure I guess it's not so impressive, but it's what I like to do.
I rarely post any of my writing on here; come to think of it,
the only writing I have posted is a "chapter" to a story I started and abandoned long ago.
It wasn't very good ^^;. But since then I have practiced my writing skills,
and I think I've improved much. The way I've gotten there is actually, *sigh* don't laugh,
through roleplaying. Okay I love to RP >_I RP as Japan from Hetalia.
*ahem*

Nepeta likes friendly roleplaying (which was said quite a while ago),
though not the dangerous kind that caused a certain accident to a couple of people.
She has a naive view of everything. She lives in a cave and hunts and eats animals,
then wears their fur and paints with their blood.
In fact, she uses this blood along with soot and ash to create wall art,
such as story boards for a comic and her shipping wall.
Nepeta seems to have a lot of similarities with Kanaya,
which may or may not be significant.
Both of them are - despite Andrew's noted lack of perfect analogues -
the most similar to Jade of the trolls.
Both of them are also green-blooded middle-caste trolls
with friends on either side of the blood spectrum
whose relationships are observed and moderated to some degree
(Kanaya is the meddler, and Nepeta keeps a shipping wall
while being generally agreeable to everyone).
Nepeta was the one to see Aradia and Equius's kiss,
and Kanaya was the one to see Vriska kiss a helpless Tavros.
Although Kanaya reacted with shock (due to her mating fondness for Vriska),
Nepeta just updated her shipping wall.
