Ugh. School. Not really looking forward to that.

Summer's been awesome, mostly. But we've had some issues (argument with my mom which resulted in me returning from her house early) and our good parts (I learned to ride quads!!).

Looking forward to Saboten, too, but I'm not sure if I'm going... I have a few friends who are, so I might. But not sure.

See, we used to own them. But they sat in our garage for, like, a year. When my parents got divorced, we sold them back to the people we got them from (they actually -use- them) and then we got together first day of summer to actually use them. It was AMAZING!

I need to earn some money before. I know that I could probably afford my own ticket, but souvenirs? *looks at cash* I definitely need more. So I don't know if I'm going...

The cheese was yummy. I ate it with crackers. Mmm...cheese...

I'm trying to convince my family to come, right now. Maybe if we all go, I won't have to buy my own ticket, and can use my money solely on souvenirs. But then I'll have no money at all.... must find cash source....

Wonderful to talk to you again! How've you been? Your summer? Your b-day?

By anime/manga know-how do you mean about manga itself or info on series? O_o

For series, I can try, I suppose, though I am a bit behind myself.

What sort of stories are you into, again? (I doubt they have any manga on Lincoln- though it never hurts to search : P )

It's not pathetic to be behind on series about characters. What's pathetic is when you go around acting like you know all about an ongoing series- only to find out that it's been completed for a year. heh heh heh.... ^_^'

Actually- have you heard of MangaFox? [link] If you go to their site and click on 'Manga Directory.' Above the list there will be a search box. To the right of it is a box marked 'option'

If you click it, a set of options will appear. I find the 'genre' options helpful- especially since the genre descriptions are readable if you over over the option.

I believe that this would be a good way to sort through much of the manga that is out there, even if you don't actually end up reading online because you can find series and look for them in print and such.

MangaFox doesn't have all of the series out there but other sites are easy to find by searching 'read manga online.' Of course, I also use Wikipedia to learn more about series.

Anime News Network [link] is also good.
