My way of creating may be a bit tedious as I sometimes have a couple dozen varions of the same concept until I am pleased with the result.

To be exact I want to use 4 tiles, the rock sticking out of the water, a empty space i made from these, the starfish, and the shells.
I haven't used them yet, I was just messing around with the tiles and I wanted to know If I could use them.
