Well there's more to it then that. Basically Yomburi completely alienated the fan base by his many gaffes, offending everybody involved. He defended the fee to pay model and now there's a season pass that's nearly a $100, blocking fan favorite costumes and characters.
Overall, Koei Techmo is becoming Japanese EA .

1. Claiming that he was toning down the sexiness to appeal to a western audience and casual gamers to be a esports title.
2. Walking back by saying that he got the idea from fans who were embarressed.
3. Then claiming that they decided to tone it down do to criticism from "some media outlets" and" changing western standards", but also said it was do to being unable to sell their game in the west.
4. Trying to save face by saying they would add the sexiness later on and then saying he enjoys microtransactions and Player's Passes.
5. Staying that he is proud of the story despite it being mediocre.
6. Getting irritated when people ask him about the lack of fanservice and outright saying that he is ignoring criticism.

Shinji: Bankai, Sakasama Yokoshima Ippo Fusagari: Reverses everything, friends become foes, foes becomes friends, was forbidding due to it overwhelming power and indiscriminate attacking.
Hisagi: Bankai, Fushino Kojyo: Chains opponents together while hanging them from a noose, forcing the two fighters to regenerate each others injuries until their reiatsu is drained of bodies break down.
Both are way cooler then anything i can make up!
