(I've heard he wasn't in jail xD I've heard he was told to behave himself and not do drugs again for minimum 10 months or he will go to jail...I know he did drugs twice, once when he was 22 and second in 2004-5 but I still love him xD)

I know i thought too, but i wrote on their website (of course with a great help from one of my Japanese mates) that he was told that he will go, but later he was told that he will go when he will do drags again. I hope he won't do this again.
