because they said my cards violated the copyrights of the various comic artists who's public pieces i used...though, i readily said who the artists were, and didn't claim the work as my own...
no biggie...i just went and made a different website for them...you can see them on this new profile thru the website link...

haha, thanks...and the definition of "plagarism" is copying the words of another writer. so, if i were copying word for word someone else's cards, then yes...but coming up with abilities based on comic lore is simply creativity for blending the two universes of Comic and MtG.

Hey what's up? Thanks for the faves and stuff. To answer your question about the jester that was a sketch when I was bored in an illustration history class. I have a thing for them myself too actually - I wasn't planning on coloring that one per say, though something similar to that sketch is on my long list of paintings I'd like to do this coming semester hehe. Currently I'm actually working on a piece for the Magic: The Gathering website for that UNCON thing they do on the boards. I don't know if you're familiar with it. Actually they are designing a set of 26 cards for use on Apprentice and they need artists so if nobody else knows the Magic club members may want to check it out.

i hadn't been to the boards over at Wizards in a long time...so, what's the UNCON thing all about, and what kind of things are they looking for exactly?? because i'm sure the guys in the Club would really dig knowing about it. if anything, you should pop over there, and make a post about it in the forums, because some of them are pretty talented artists like yourself. it'd be cool to see what they come up with.

Your welcome, and i no not deny that your glorious model played a good part in it, and naturally drew me towards the shot...but i still like the feel of it, and as someone who is Pagan, it's always something refreshing to see in a sea of christianity...haha, i kinda felt like a lame Dr. Suess for a second there.

I try not to force Pagan themed photos.. I find they look very wrong when people do. She's not a Pagan but she certainly embraced the moment for me in this one, the whole piece just flowed perfectly. I'm sure there will be others and I appreciate your comments

well man, having bought Inquest on many occasions, i've yet to see a single "spoof" card in it, or that came with it. the same goes for Duelist and Scrye.
