its a logo for my animal sanctuary. We were searching around online for ideas to have our graphic designer make one for us but yours was absolutely perfect to a tee what we wanted ha ha

I am okay with using the design however I do have some conditions;
-The image may not be altered in any way
-It cannot be used for financial gain(no selling)
-Do not take credit
-And finally, do not give other parties permission to use this image.

As long as you agree to these conditions then I'm okay. Out of curiosity, what kind of animal sanctuary is this? Do you have a website or anything?

Can you be more clear on the selling part? Everyone has their own definition so I wanna make sure this is clear. Would T-shirts with the logo on it count as selling to you?

I see what you mean by perfect. The rabbits are adorable. It's nice to someone rescuing rabbits.

By not using for financial gain I mean not selling the logos on merchandise. Using it for banners and on Facebook is fine though.

Hmm puts a small hitch in our plan. Are you selling licenses to the image anywhere? Basically our logo would go on our website, facebook page, in promotional videos, and on T-shirts that promote the sanctuary. We want to have an image that obviously wouldn't break any copyright laws. Understandable if you don't want it floating around all over the world
