ehh...I wouldn't say that,
We have to buy poor quality overpriced uniforms. We have to spend a lot on books and shit each year too.
If you want a locker you have to pay a fee. If you do art you have to pay a fee. You have to pay to do your exams. 
The teachers are ridiculously strict. I s2g every single one of them just hates children. 
I get homework from pretty much every class every day. Which adds up to about 5 hours of homework each night.

Alright I have some ideas. A tall female Russian blue. She has stunning orange eyes. She'll have long fur and tufts on the tips of her ears. She'll also have long chin fur and belly fur. She'll have patches of a lighter blue on her underbelly, her chest, her chin and almost half of her under tail.
That's the basic of what I want. Feel free to add anything as I know you have well made and thought out characters.
