No you faved pics of me not pics taken by me and legally I don't own the pics I've just been given the right to use them in my portfolio. Therefore I can't give anyone permission to create a derivative work from these.
If you were to look in the comments section I credit the photographer and where they are on dA I link their profile so you are able to ask them directly.

I'm beginning to feel silly copy/pasting my thanks to all you great photographers but the message is heartfelt. I'm grateful for the photos and will use them for drawing reference, unless you have objections, in which case I'll keep everything here at home and offline. I post my practice draws on Concept Art's sketchbook feature and I'll credit you when I do so. Thanks again!

While I appreciate that you like what I create, I do not give permission for any use of my images as it's specified in the artist's comment of every photo posted in my gallery and clearly explained in my journal. This includes using my photos as reference.
