you're lucky the net allows you to be anonymous, so take advantage of that and start over with only your stuff, if you wanna trace, do it, but don't post it on the internet or show it off to people without proper credits..

I think you guys are being too hard on her. In my point of view she's using poses as references. My only crit is the "mentioning part"... I mean support or reference to the artist's original picture. The rest I cant really say I disaprove. She has talent, yes.
I also agree with some remarks done by other ppl as well. Drawing what you like from time to time is also is also good to see how much your skills improved.

While I agree that tracing is a good learning tool, the big issue is that she is tracing line for line and then SELLING the images as commissions. That part is not ok.

I'm sorry to bother you but after I read *kaninnvven 's journal I thought it was bad of you to trace others people's art and claim it as your own.. but I also felt unhappy that people say such nasty things to you D: .. but after I read what you said on TinierMe I don't know what side I should be on. You clearly did apologize ( as said in your journal ) but why did you say such a thing on TinierMe? You apologize then say something like that? I'm not sure what to believe.
But anyways , you have talent 8D ..
I hope you will draw some of your own art because I would like to see it 
I know it'd be hard to think of some creative art since every time you come onto dA or TinierMe you are being called at art thief... but I really really want you to remember that even if your originaly art might not be as good... you will improve with lots of practice and patience!

well, I think that's not the point.
The point is rather that her heart accepts what happened, that she truly wishes to atone and not just brushing this situation off, pretending that she admit her mistakes.
Idc about her English, what I truly want to see, is that there are still ppl around that admit their mistakes truthfully and not just pretending so everyone leaves her alone.
Even if I have to play the villain to make her understand this situation with harsh words.
This world is not a playground.
This is what she has to understand.

You should have just bowed your head and took all the people's angry complaints, for you knew that at some point they'll do so. Talking back would only make things worst.
I'm not here to call you a thief and flame you or anything. i just want to give you an advice or a suggestion. Try not to copy over people's arts and make something on your own. If you really want to improve as an artist, I suggest you do that. You can use references, but don't literally copy them and claim them as your own.
I know it's a difficult time for you to even do anything creative, since every time you visit tinier me and DA you get these comments about you being an art thief, but consider this experience to be a lesson you must learn. I hope you come back to be a good artist from this, a REAL artist that wouldn't copy other's hard work, and an artist who can come up with her own amazing pictures~

Some of the works she traced were being sold as prints here, if someone bought it they were ripped of real money. I'm not sure, but it seems she was also comissioning for real money, although I'm not sure about of that 2nd info.
It's not just the original artist that may get hurt. Using stolen work is like deceiving everyone, viewers, clients and the thief himself.
I'm a user in TM that runs a group that lists art thieves in TM (since TM itself won't deal with art issues, they say it's not their problem),she is already listed there. I was refraining from commenting here cuz I really don't have anything new to add to this whole drama, but I saw your comment and I felt I needed to put my opinion on this. I simply don't agree with the "only kan got harm in DA" comment.
I hope one day her apologies are sincere (I'm not sure anymore whether she is right now or not, considering kan's journal) and my best advice is to start all over again... this account became a potential place for trolling. If she pushes herself into using this account, she needs to be strong because the trolling won't stop so soon, that's how DA works.
