About "heat": yes, now Paintstorm eat 13-17% CPU in Idle mode (my mistake). In next release it will be 2-3%. Next release will come very soon - it's already cooking for WIN and now porting for MAC.

I just bought Paintstorm. But it doesn't work to fit my purposes. It's not like other programs (SAI,Ps, Sketchbook) and it's more like FreshPaint I'm how is a paint simulator. I'm wanting to draw comics and other stuff, but none of the brushes work. Is there any way for me to get a refund?

I'm catch this bug: If you closing minimized window, next start paintstorm will be always minimized. I'll fix this bug as soon as possible... Now you can delete \Documents\Paintstorm studio\Data\wplace.dat - it solved the issue

Hi again , I acted upon your advice and my problem is solved 
Β Mine problem was , when I click program icon on desktop , there were only minimized windows appear on the taskbar and they never cover the screen when I click onto them , eventually software never opened. Β
Β I saw some people having same issue on the Δ±nternet when I was looking for solution , ( Team ' s Β direction is ; I just have to delete some folders manually and install the software again ) it worked and so simple , so you can make a little guide for troubleshooting on the site. it ll be great and lastly don t stop posting tutorial videos , your software is very promising , I ll recomend to my friends.Β

Bought Paintstorm. Really like it. haven't Played with brush settings yet, just working on one piece. Will do a few before I start making new brushes.
Program Crashes frequently(not randomly though)
Figure I will have Notepad open and try to figure out what made it crash by doing it again and then writing it down there.
Where can I submit bugs/things that cause it to crash/Ideas?
I really like what you've done with the software and I'd like to see it flourish.

Yes, some artists report about crashes. But I still can not understand the reason why this is happening, because no one reports under what actions occurred crash (My PC don't call any craches and I can't catch it)
So the bugs-reports are very important for me. And more detail, the better.
p.s. In yesterday 1.27 version I fixed "Mixer crash" and one serious crash that occurs on some video cards

I'm currently trying Paintstorm studio and I love it! I just got a problem, one of the brushes called 'after manga hair' got different settings and I don't know how to reset it to default, plus a couple of brushes are painted in black for some reason and I can't see them, any help would be appreciated, thank you! Hope to see more updates of this software
