But yes I did get that :) (Smile) - :) I tend to be of the belief that there's more laws than sense around these days :s That being said i do get a nice chuckle out of the completely ridiculous laws such as that one...

But I do wonder how you feel about it? You take the humorous approach with the illustration, but sensing quite a serious tone behind it?

I take each and every illustration I make seriously, just like a professional comedian researches and rehearses their jokes. I hope that hearing such a thing doesn't spoil your enjoyment of the illustration.
