du hast mir vor einer Weile einen sehr netten Kommentar zu einer meiner Illustrationen hinterlassen und ich komme erst jetzt dazu dir zu schreiben. Ich wollte dir nämlich ohnehin einen Profileintrag hinterlassen, aber für so etwas brauche ich die nötige Muße – was lange nicht mehr der Fall war.
So here goes: Ich finde deine Arbeiten unfassbar stark! Sie weisen einen hohen Abstraktionsgrad auf ohne abstrakt zu sein. Sie sind atmosphärisch sehr dicht. Sie sind in der Farbwahl und der Maltextur extrem sicher. Sie sind kompositorisch großzügig bis hin zur Auslassung, sie verlieren sich nicht in Unnötigkeiten. Sie sind variabel und stilitstisch konsequent zugleich. Sie haben stellenweise etwas sehr Klassisches/ Zeitloses und sind visuell doch klar im Hier und Jetzt verankert. I am totally smitten. Und musste dann auch noch feststellen, dass du erst 21 Jahre alt bist, worauf ich vom Reifegrad deiner Bilder niemals geschlossen hätte!
Ich ziehe meinen Hut in einer tiefen und ehrfürchtigen Verbeugung!

vielen, vielen Dank!!! Ich muss zugeben, es fällt mir echt ein bischen schwer mit soviel Lob umzugehen. Ich bin mehrere Tode gestorben als ich das gelesen habe : D Aber es freut mich natürlich wirklich sehr, wenn dir meine Sachen gefallen.
Ich finde deine Illustrationen auch ganz toll, vor allem die "Objekt- und Raumdokumentation" Spalte auf deiner Website. Du kannst ganz schön gut mit Aquarellfarbe umgehen!!
Dickes Dankeschön nochmal, ich geh mich jetzt wieder schämen ; )
