Well, you know in PMDE all those green dots? I was studying some professional-looking physics in Blender and I noticed that it seems like each point can move individually! So if we made a model (or ripped the models from Dreamy Theater) for use in TVP and did my idea (one bone per point on the hair) then it could look professional! But rigging it all would be a major pain.
