You're very welcome! Not normally something I'd read; but there are elements of what you write about that are eerily similar to the IP/Books/Franchise I've been working on for years. I just don't have the balls to actually integrate the erotica parts into the story-line. It's Tolkien-esque... meets Grimms... with some CS Lewis elements. Never shared those parts of the outline as I keep them locked in my head where it's safe. It's nice to see someone be able to express themselves the way you do. More power to you!

Hehe I find the erotic aspects the easiest and most relaxing to write. I must be weird!

I'm so afraid to show the more in depth parts of the story. I so need to get over it and grow a pair right? hehe.

You're NOT weird! The fact that you're able to express yourself, where most of us can't, is a gift.

"Afraid to show the more in depth" parts? Not sure I entirely follow.... if you mean more 'graphically explicit' in a sexual way... I'm sure your readers wouldn't mind. (Most of em might be pervs...but that goes with the territory of being a writer/artist). If you don't mean more explicit.... then not sure which direction you're going in.

As mentioned.. what's in my mind is 'crazy graphic/explicit' also. So much so that I'd never put it on the web or in print. However; from a literary perspective... sometimes it's MORE erotic or enticing to hold back .. just a little. Feel free to bounce a sample off me if you want an outsider's honest opinion.

Ah...thank you for the clarification.

A few days back I finally had some time to sit down & read all the stories from start to finish. Great stuff... not sure you need much 'work' on any profound points - some of that will perhaps come in time? From what I gather... you don't play D&D, or are into fantasy... but you definitely do a great job of capturing that 'mood' & side of the story that's sort of like... ok... we all know these are things that happen in these worlds.. but no one will write about it.. or skip over ... shall we say the erotic/sexual aspects of those stories. (At least I haven't gone looking for any of them - yours would be the 1st I've run across). It's fascinating... somewhat like.. oh..here's the part of this chapter that was left out; etc, and you're filling in the blanks.

More to say.... but will save that for another time.

yeah dramira had to become an elf because lorrdyn was a drow and yeah
but i'll soon be showing the real deal since hes all settled. ive named his race Thainvraak.
lol over time of her being an elf for the sake of mixing with my boyfriends character, the pretty ears grew on me- dramira's keepin em. dont mind my lack of grammar and punctuation its super bowl sunday and ive had a few, lol

i hope you do continue to enjoy the characters and what they have to offer

Got a laugh regarding the "Super Bowl Sunday & I've had a few," part. Good for you! Go Giants! : )
My turn now... drink ~#5 or so... had to fly to Vegas for the DICE Summit. While the summit should be fun... not really a fan of Vegas after visit #20 or so. Trying to make the most of it. Anyway... here's my take on this:

1) If your boyfriends toon is a Drow - & or Dramira is a an elf... don't apologize! It's extremely flattering to your boyfriend! (LUCKY GUY!) The fact that he plays D&D already makes me like him!
2) Thainvraak? Well.. is he Drow? or... Thainvraak? Or... are the Thainvraak like a 'cultural' Drow faction? I think it should be perfectly acceptable to have him be a Drow. If you don't like the traditional D&D 'Drow'... I'm curious why or what your take is. I believe most of your readers will be so ingrained into thinking that he's a Drow.. that.. no matter how you re-brand... a black skinned pointy eared humanoid living underground is ... most likely a Drow.
--- Side Note: I'm admittedly 'old school' on this. (I'm 44 yrs old... played the "original" D&D starting in the late 70's) I've ALWAYS had an affinity for the Drow...for their time they were very edgy, very cool, very 'dark', very mysterious, very enticing. I created a Drow female - vampire combo. (*Gasp*). I know.. your readers, & you probably hate the idea. I'll have to look up her name. (It's been many years) However; at the time.. bear in mind she was a 'fantasy' in my pre/post adolescent years going through puberty. She was one of several characters created. (What I called a Lolth-light, conflicted, because she wanted to do good, but kept lapsing). I digress......in short... it's hard to not like the Drow race. I think it'd be hard to re-invent because it's always been pretty cool.
3) NOTHING wrong with Dramira being an elf. As long as the ears are under-stated IMO! While I've been playing WoW since day 1... I *hate* the stupidly long ears on Blizzards Rendition of the Elven Race. Me personally... Elves ears should be barely discernible from a humans. Not sure if you follow WoW at all? You can look up my toon on Blizzards "Armory" - Dominatrice on the Hyjal Server. Dom is the main female toon I play. Dom.. has long white hair. She's Elven... the WoW 'Death Knight' class... & the name I thought played somewhat well together. (So much more to say there but no time)
4) ALL punctuation bets are off... even after one drink!!!

I'm on city #3 in my own IP/Story.... I've never shared any of it with anyone on DA. Not sure if there's a way to bounce low res pics off to anyone on DA... but if you're interested.. may share. I'm likely ~5 years out from going all out.

On a side note... I keep my profile here intentionally discrete. Ton's of things on my own IP/Story that I wouldn't share here until i'm more ready. However; by way of being 100% open & honest.. my full name is Matt Ployhar. (Can view me on FB, LinkedIn, etc)

Well I had to turn Dramira INTO an elf to mesh with my boyfriend's character who was a Drow. Dramira was swimming in my head forever with this huge world and I thought I was just writing a story for fun so I said fuck it- I won't change him, I'll change her for this-- for fun. But then I realized how much it effected her to have met Lorrdyn and thought, ok gotta do something.

Thainvraak will be MY creation based on Drow. I dont want any D&D stuff because I never had it before and I dont need it. So lets say for Lorrdyn's people there's just going to be inspiration from that. I'm making it my own. I dont mind if people recognize he's like a Drow at all. That's what he used to be! I mean, I didnt get into it, but my boyfriend watched Game of Thrones, there was a kind of people who were clearly elf-like. Inspiration is fine, they can call him a dark elf. I mean, all fantasy lore was based on folklore, for the most part. That's what arts about, reinvention and making it your own.

I hate WoW, I tried it, couldnt stand it but I really hated their art style for sure, lol. But yeah, no reason her race can't have pretty ears. It's fantasy, I can do what I want. Right?
