The poses are similar but even then if it were the same pose redrawn you don't need to credit the artist ( but there's no harm in doing it if you choose to do so ) because nobody can officially own a pose. Now if the pose were traced she would indefinitely need to ask permission as well as credit that artist had she traced but just looking at the two she drew in Sonic on her own.

If it were hate propaganda the group would be promoting the slavery or torture of an individual or group or it may advocate inflicting other conditions which would bring about the destruction of the group.
