Awesome! I have a sketch but I have yet to scan it, so I hope you can clearly imagine what I will describe to you as it is a pretty simple design.

It's just a fleece hat with bat wings on each side, about 6 inches wide for each wing. On the bottom sides of the hat are ear flaps to cover the ears and are also about 6 inches long.

About how much would that cost me?

probably about $15.00 to start with then just have to add shipping and handling of about $5.00

yup i can make it, so 6 in length for the two hanging earflaps (they look longer in the sketch?), 6in length for the wings
do the teeth go all the way around, or just in the front?

they can be any length you want ^^
because of the amount of material the price would be about $25.00 USD
that includes the hat and shipping and handling

well that depends on when you want the hat if you need it by a certain time then we can see when to pay
my dad is actually working on setting up a pay pal on my website but if it takes too long we can probably come up with another way to set up the transaction ^^
