My name is Ron, and I am a vegan. (HI, RON.)In my spare time (which is quite hefty in volume), I like to write. I generally write short stories about weird things.
I enjoy watching B-movies of the sci-fi and horror variety. Just recently, I was involved with the Chris Seaver/Low Budget Pictures production, "Teen Ape vs. the Monster Nazi Apocalypse". I played a Nazi. I will also be appearing in the upcoming "Beyond McNasty". I hope that my stay with the Low Budget Pictures family will be a long one.
I also have a thing for musicals, because I am a very musical person. I play guitar, sing, and am generally enthusiastic about all sorts of music. The forerunners being heavy metal and classic rock.
I really enjoy reading. My favourite authors include Stephen King, Neil Gaiman, Ellen Hopkins, Michael Scott, and Kurt Vonnegut.

I'll tell you like I keep telling everyone else: I will never revive my Facebook page.
Facebook is, for the lack of a better phrase, a turd sandwich. A turd sandwich made out of two slices of breaded chicken, a giant runny piece of crap in the middle, and piss to add tartness.
The two slices of breaded chicken on the outside are there to appeal to the bloodthirsty populace. They beckon them with their tasty status updates and browser games, along with all the gossip that people can swirl up based on a simple blue-and-white HTML page.
In the centre of this sandwich, there's the giant pound of runny crap. The excrement is made up of big company executives who sell the users' information for personal gain. This layer isn't visible until you look deeper into the sandwich.
Finally, it's topped off by piss. I don't have anything clever to say about urine on a turd-and-chicken sandwich, I just thought that with fudge, I may as well include lemonade.
TL;DR -- Facebook is a drain, and completely unnecessary to us humans. You Aussies should just switch time zones and be miraculously on EST. You can land on Florida if you want. We don't need 'em.
