How to make the right frame for everything.

Do you mean frame size or frame rates per second?
The frame size I usually use is 1920 by 1080. This is suitably for both youtube and television.

And for frame rates per second I use 25 frames per second. You can use 24 as well as it makes very little difference.

Unfortunately I don't know that software too well. Sorry.
I can recommend Toom Boom Harmony 12 which is what I use. I can send you a link to a free trail of it if you like? The trail will last only a few days and to permanently keep the soft ware you'll have to pay for the full version.
