I use Grimas Cream Make-up a dark gray and white mixed together!
it's generally a really nice product and mixes really well, the only problem i've had with it is when it's too hot and i'm sweating it has a hard time sticking to my skin (and so it takes longer to apply)
my friend who uses Ben Nye doesn't have as big a problem (thought still a bit) as it melts a lot easier, so in stead of it not wanting to stick, the layers become a bit too thick i think, where mine are too thin in heat.

I used tights actually, and this [link] tutorial shows how to do it! 8D It takes forever to sew those fingers, but it's a nice alternative for the body paint.

Thank you so much! Uh, actually I made them myself. XD Out of the really weird gel-like think you can put on your windows. And I'm afraid I have no idea where I got that from, it was just something I was lucky enough to find at home. [link] this Gel Magic crap actually.
I cut it out so it fitted the rim (which I had bend into that sharp shape), kept the plastic on and put it in. It was kind of an ass to do, but fun nonetheless XD Also you will be kind of half blind, especially if there are too many bumps in the gel, but it was the best solution I could find
