i disagree with the over-simplification of the rules in 40k, just to make it less daunting for new players. Also, whenever i poke my head around the door of my local games workshop, i get stared at by a half dozen pre-pubescent virgins until i decide i'm uncomfortable enough to take my leave.

undressing me with their eyes *shudder* feeling like a piece of meat.

Do think i'm gonna have to rake out my old necromunda gang and look for some players. There's a game i miss drastically. More fun when you feel the loss of your troops, and you tend to take it personally.

I wouldn't say the game got overly simplified, just more streamlined, but in a good way. As for the people hanging around GW stores... well, there's always home gaming

I'm about to head into Necromunda for the first time this year. I always loved Mordheim, so I guess I'm bound to love this one.

Cannot argue with the term 'streamlined' as when i was firing from all my troops who had different weapons, a turn could last 40 mins. Was always a 40k player myself, was atrociously bad at Warhammer, so never got into Mordheim, but i feel it's something i definately missed out on.

Home gaming is all good and well, but i don't know anyone who still does it. perhaps i should take out an ad on craigslist, or some such.

Mordheim i wonderful. and given that it is a skirmish with single model "units" it is halfway to 40k.

It remains my favourite GW game alongside 40k, and I played most of them (missed some old board games and the LotR thingies).

I am almost exclusively a home gamer, as are quite a couple of friends around these parts. 

I'd gladly invite you for a game, but given the distance, that might be quite extravagant

if I didn't like your work then believe me I wouldn't bother my ass, but your style of tattoo is really refreshing. The darker ones remind me of Xoïl from Needles Side Tattoo France, only more traditional. I would give up my left nut to apprentice for one such as you.

many thanks for taking the picture! Its so desolate. The mist makes it all very bleak, but the colour in the sky conveys a sense of hope and rebirth i feel....Or maybe thats just me! Its why i could never be a photographer, i have a habit of being at the right place at the wrong time.
