Thanks for the badge. I just got through reading the latest chapter of your fic and it's coming along very nicely overall. The OCs do add to the story and they don't detract too much from getting to hear from the cannon characters.

I just read the first seven chapters of your fan fiction yesterday, and it's rather well-written. I will definitely read some more soon. Definitely like your interpretation of Diamond Tiara as being smart, especially since there are subtle hints in cannon of her being that way.

Speaking of favorite characters, my favorite ones from video games happen to be Wario and Krystal.

Hey, thanx! Yeah, her personality in Ponyville Confidential REALLY helped with my idea of Diamond's intelligence becoming more canon-like, so I was very grateful for that!

Also, about your characters, I've never played Star Fox, but Krystal definitely appears to be the tough, attractive female that really makes a group of main characters better. Also, Wario is just so humorous, that he just makes any game he appears in. Now, if only they could get Waluigi in his own game...

Not to mention that Wario is also very versatile as a character, arguably more so than Mario. He definitely does a good job at being both a villain and protagonist. Even though Mario was the villain in Donkey Kong Jr, if he took on a villainous role today, it would look out of character for him.

I definitely agree that Waluigi needs a bigger role of some sort. He is probably one of Wario's few close friends, yet he's strangely absent from the Wario games. If his game happens to be good, then I think that Waluigi would get a lot more respect.

Now that I'm through with my latest vector, I'll be sure to read more of your story later today.

I suppose so. I've always enjoyed Wario's arrogance and humor. It really makes him a great pro/antagonist. I don't really like anti-heroes, but Wario is awesome.

As for Waluigi, GIVE THE POOR GUY HIS OWN GAME! Psycho Waluigi just isn't good enough. Nintendo, MAKE A WALUIGI GAME BEFORE I STOP PLAYING YOUR GAMES!!!

Definitely so. I think that because Diamond Tiara isn't as flashy or as ambiguous as the more popular antagonists, most people don't give her a chance. Thinking about it, she's a rather well-written antagonist who is smarter and more resourceful than she lets on.

In Family Appreciation Day, she made Apple Bloom feel ashamed of her grandmother at least a day before Cheerilee announced that Apple Bloom was next on the list. Considering how it's mentioned that her father usually gets the first hundred jars of zap apple jam, Diamond Tiara might have known enough to know that Applejack and Big McIntosh are really busy on that day.

I didn't like her at first, but she eventually grew on me. In season three, I hope that she gets portrayed sympathetically somehow, sort of like how the Onceler portrayal in the newest Lorax movie was sympathetic while acknowledging his flaws.

Hmm..Good thought. I was a fan of her back in season 1 when basically everyone hated her and she pretty much had like no fans. Since season 2 she's gained a few more fans. She is portrayed as more of a villain as opposed to just being stuck up (The origial reasoning of the common pony fan). I don't much care if she's a popular character or not. It would just be cool if she was at least less hated. I am curious if there will be any difference in Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon's friendship in season 3. Now that Silver Spoon is more accepting of some of the other ponies..will this affect her relationship with Diamond Tiara in any way? They may just brush it off like it never happened. But I happen to think it could make for a very interesting conflict. Of course..This is coming from a guy who thinks Diamond Tiara should have her own show..So maybe it's just me xD.

They did leave potential for a change in their relationship in some way, that's for sure. Silver Spoon could easily develop into a character akin to Lancer from My Little Pony Tales, still participating with Diamond Tiara, but is willing to intervene when things get too far.

That's also a possibility. The season ended with Diamond Tiara doing her own thing. It was a big change to see her not with Silver Spoon for a change. At the beginning of Ponyville Confidential Silver Spoon can be seen in a crowd of ponies cheering for Featherweight after getting his cutie mark. Deffinitely not likely something she would have done b4. Shes deff become more accepting. It will be interesting to see what comes of all this in the next season.

The show did definitely show character development at times, such as Rainbow Dash becoming more accepting of Pinkie Pie and Applejack using what she learned in one episode in a later one, and it wouldn't hurt to give some of that to side characters, especially if they had importance in multiple episodes.

Of course the main characters are the biggest focus. To alot of the fans as well. Throughout the series too we had characters that were pretty much just background characters that were brought more into focus as the series progressed. Some of that was through fan development of some of the charcters too..yes. It will be nice if they focus more on some of these side characters in the next season. Especially the more common ones..I agree. We got to see alot of new charatcers this season. So many that it was difficult to even keep track of them all. If they appear for more then two seconds though and are in more then one episode I can usually remember them. One thought is..Season three could introduce less characters this time around and focus more on the development of some of these charcters that have already been introduced. It would deff make some of these characters slightly more significant. We'll see though I guess.
