First of all i was not "talking crap" about your religion. I never mentioned the catholic religion until you did. My first post was something on my mind and i felt like sharing it with people.
Also, some could find your opinions equally as offensive. Your comment about gays and serial killers wasnt the nicest thing, to say the least. I belive that everyone should have the ability/right to state thier opinions, and that is exactly what i did. You, on the other hand, gave your opinion, insulted many of my friends, and proceeded to critizise my opinions.

tell me something...if you were a god and you were to create man...would you give man free will or would make them robots with no free will at all....the point is, even though jesus died for our sins, we are still held accountable, and the choices WE make have nothing to do with god, god gave us the ability to control our own lifes and our destiny, which means thatt if we decide to lead a life of sin and go to hell for it then that is our fault, not his, it is true however that hell isn't meant for man, but heaven isn't meant for the man who doesn't believe in god... i mean come on...if you were god, would you allow someone through the gates of heaven even though they never once did what you wanted them, and their whole life they spent denying your very existance?....just a bit of advice....try actually reading the bible instead of going off of what the general public thinks of religion......oh and by the way....welcome to DA, where religion/politics isn't important X3

I have read a good part of the bible but i am going off on what the general public thinks because thats what matters. A religion may have the best ideas out there but if the public gets a different idea, it doesnt matter.
The general idea is if your good, you go to heaven. you sin, you go to hell. God loves us, and is forgiving. These things contradict eachother, like many other things in the Catholic religion. If anyone wishes to go further in this topic, id have no problem talking.
Also, i dont care if religion isnt an important thing here at Devient Art. It is a topic i enjoy (to hate) and talk about.

well first of all, yes god loves us all, and all sins are equally forgivable, so being gay is no different than than being a serial killer (i'm not sayiing either of that is ok,it's just an example) and if you actually had read the bible you would already know not to look at christians in the pop culture sense and stereotypes and you would also know that you have to REPENT to get into heaven, everyone sins, even christians, but to repent is to ask for forgiveness and actually try to stop sinning the sin you asked for forgiveness for, and not just go "ok god, i just raped someone, please forgive me" and then go off and rape another chick thinkin all you have to do is ask for forgiveness and you'll be forgiven cuz god knows your heart . to be honest i don't beleive you've read much of the bible at all becuase it's hard for even a christian to read the whole intire bible. but if all you wanna do is argue then your talking to the wrong person, i was merely trying to educate, i'm not here to argue with someone who only wants to contradict everything i say all in spite.
