ol hayyyy lol sorry i couldnt get bak on lol ummm i was wonderin how to make a pic that looks like anime and not like it was done on paint, are there other programs to use? is it all in shading? i cant figure it out lol {i guess that was more than one question lol}

Well, it's difficult to get very good quality from paint. It is best to try to get another program. There are many other programs that are all much better. The most useful thing is when they have smoother lines. Paint as no smoothness to lines and no transparency or layers. Those are all really useful things.

Some of its the shading but I find a lot of it is the outline as well. Anime has that sort of outline it's difficult to replicate and you can almost always tell a non screen shot out by the outline rather than the shading.

There is Paint.NET which is free off the internet, not the best.

There is GIMP i've heard is very good and I've heard of it as free on the internet.

Photoshop isn't free but it the one I use.

niice lol not only that but it has to be risk-free or ok-ed by my dad lol but i guess its a good thing, along with the anti-virus scanners, virus watches, cookie trackers (to delete cookies), firewalls and safety blocks lol im amazed to have the cites i go on and prograns i have lol but its so i wont loose anything or get personal info hacked lol internet has bad ppl on it lol
