Hi! I'm a little bit confused by what you mean. If someone is stealing my work please do report them and try to get them removed! If you can link me to their account on Picarts, I'll report them too and provide proof I'm the original artist. It's extremely rare I give anyone permission to redistribute my work, and I certainly don't allow anyone to steal my pieces.

Hello! How have you been? I hope the past few months have been treating you well!
I've been alright - I have a job now although it's come with more hassle than it's worth. Legal action and everything included. But regardless, something is better than nothing so I shouldn't complain!
How has the weather been where you are? It's been scorching us here... But we welcome the weekend rain for it.

I've been fine! In recent months I've signed up on a couple courses to build my confidence.
That's cool, at least you landed yourself in a job. I'm currently keeping my eye out for Royal Mail jobs not far from my local town.
Oh tell me about it. It's been so warm where I am too. This week coming will be torrential rain. Can't wait for my family vacation next Monday though!

Is there a certain kind of job you want in the Royal Mail? It's just a very specific company you say you want to work for. : P I'm currently looking for another job because I'm not being treated very nicely... One of our bosses is quite the bully and I don't feel comfortable in the environment with him. And oh my lord, the bathroom. The single bathroom we all have to share. I can't think of words to describe it.
Have you been on your vacation? We've had so so so much rain here today! But I really like the rain so it's all forgiven. xD

The course names speak for themselves; confidence building, health & well being, anxiety and most recently aspire education.
Oh um, mainly as delivery driver because I have good geographical knowledge of most roads and streets. Not to mention being responsible delivering peoples mail and parcels safely. I was fortunate getting an interview for Royal Mail last September, but was unsuccessful for the job. I've also been disappointed my other applications got withdrawn because loads of candidates wanted the same vacancy. But I'm certainly not giving up thanks to the courses I've took and my job mentor helped me so much to be prepared for future interviews (whatever job roles may be)!
No, I went on August 12th and came back on the 24th. Even this season, Spain's still very warm while here we're freezing our sock s off. xD

I hope you find something soon! Where I live, there are a lot of new temporary Royal Mail Jobs popingΒ up. I don't keep an eye out for driving-based ones as I can't drive a car yet, but I do know a lot of RM jobs are coming up because of the Christmas period.
I left my Graphic Design job; plan to post about it soon but to cut a long story short they started taking too many liberties with me. Eventually they just sort of decided they were going to stop declaring my taxes to HMRC but were still deducting money from my wages for tax. Left me with far too many issues than I care to discuss. Disgusting attitude towards business by that party.
I recently had an admin-type job interview but OML. IT WAS NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED I SWEAR! I don't know how you decide if you should/shouldn't apply for a job; but basically I'll only apply for something if I know I have the capabilities to do it, else I just waste everyone's time. But this interview, the woman was asking me things about IT that I'd never heard of in my life, nor was it listed on the job description. It was the worst, most embarassing interview I've ever had. Half my questions I ended up answering with "I don't know."
Ahaha have you heard about the weather recently? Apparently we're supposed to be getting snow soon. I'll buy that for a dollar!

Yes yes it's harder in interviews nowadays - especially for bigger companies. Supermarkets such as Tescos and Asdas are beyond a joke to even get past the initial forms, and if you don't answer questions correctly you get phased out for 6 months. My mum applied for a job at Tesco's recently, but it's been 20+ years since she last applied for any job because she's been self-employed. Needless to say things have changed a whole bunch since she last had to apply for jobs! The very quick snap response from Tescos saying that they weren't interested in her knocked her confidence a bit, I could tell. Because she's used to face-to-face interactions, not a computer saying no without any consideration for the person behind the answers. It's a hard thing to explain to her.
I've been put on a special course at the Job Centre to help build confidence when going for an interview - which hopefully will stop me from looking like a fool in the future! Only issue is that I don't think it's for people our age. The rest of the class are, respectively 60+, and aren't very good with computers. It was kind of awkward sitting in a class for two hours with people who blamed a lot of the issues on our generation. Β Nobody was nasty directly to me or anything! But it was awkward. They were almost disappointed in me for not having a job at my age lol. Like it's an active choice of mine to you know, not have a job. The gap between us is massive.

That's true. I completed one assessment for Marks & Spencer two weeks ago, but was unsuccessful and I have to wait 6 months to apply again. >.> The worst part is with some assessment is they put you in real work situations (helping customers, being flexible during work hours) and you have to guess what the correct approach is. But that still hasn't stopped me from applying elsewhere, even if it means going through the recruitment process repeatedly.
That sounds similar to my last course. XD You're gonna laugh, the classmates I interacted with had a wide age range (19-65). Only one person was the same age as me, but it was interesting to listen what they wanted out of the course, myself included. That's fair, my reason being is hard to explain because I have limited capability for certain jobs. You may not know I have it at face value but it is noticeable when it comes to dealing with personal calls, I just panic and put the phone down whenever a caller tempts me with any deals when all I wanna do is cancel an insurance quote or whatever...

I think the time of year doesn't help either. I know there's a lot of temporary Christmas jobs, some with the chance that they could go forward to be a permanent job... But in terms of jobs outside of that realm, that are safe, long-term and permanent, there doesn't seem to be much in the way of Christmas time. Maybe that's just my local area? I'm not sure. All I do know is that job search day-to-day there seems to be less and less to report on.

They're looking for you to sell something, right? :s Like, if someone told me "no thanks" I'd take it as a - no thanks - not try to coax them in and make them feel awkward with limited-time offers or anything. On the same vein, I'd be useless trying to deal with angry people. I think I'd just end up saying sorry LMAO and taking notes!Β Β Β
