Thanks, I looked at a lot of motocross helmets if that helps. If you succesfully build one let me know, I would love to see it. I did base this on a concept that didn't meet when it came to putting together the image planes so I changed it a bit, I was wondering if I should try and get this 3D printed. I'm not sure what I have to do to get it ready for printing, and judging by the size it would cost a pretty penny.
