I don't charge for ZT2 stuff, but I really don't open myself to many specialized requests. The stuff I make is almost always realistic animals only, not special characters or fantasy creatures.

Unfortunately, I have stopped designing for ZT2, as I don;t have the necessary time for it anymore. I appreciate your interest though! You might want to check out sites like Zoo Tycoon 2 Designing Centre to either learn how to make animal skins yourself, or request that someone else do it for you.
