Could I do a cross stitch of the Apocalyptic Pug that Loopydave created so I can put this on the wall in my sewing room? I came across this picture on facebook and having a pug, and loving True Blood, The Walking Dead (the guy with the patch reminds me of the governor) and Grimm, it was the perfect piece worth devoting the next 6 month to a year stitching.  I didn't want to assume that I could just do it. I checked with Dave and he didn't mind but said technically I should check with you.

Hey. Complete amateur here so clearly take my comments with a large grain of salt.

I was looking at Youth in Revolt pages and Battle Pug pages today. The styles look different and I find myself preferring the Battle Pug style more. Stronger blacks, a little cartoonier, a little more fun.

I know Marvel and DC appear to be pursuing more realistic styles but I find it a shame because I'd love to see a more Battle Pugish feel to your superhero stuff.

If my observations are clueless feel free to ignore me. Thanks for reading my babble (presuming you read this).

Hey Mike!
I want to firstly thank you for your work on the Young Justice comics. I found out about the show and thought I'd check out the comics since they seemed to have an interesting storyline and the cover art looked phenomenal. The characters in the comics art looked and appeared so wonderfully lively and colourful. These Young Justice comics were the first comics I've really actually read and owned. This comic acted as a my kick-off into the comic book world. So far I've been getting every issue when they come out. I was most excited for issue 5 since the cover art and story looked especially good- but I found myself somewhat disappointed the moment I opened the cover. The art style had made a drastic (in my case) turn for the worse. I found myself a bit let down. The lines had been thickened and characters became so blocky for a large large majority of the pages/panels. I hoped it was just a small fluke in the art but issue 6 came out the same way. What I'm getting at is I hope the art change isn't because your rushing it and I greatly hope you haven't lost an overall interest and that you simply aren't trying as hard. I know Young Justice is more of a 'childs' comic but that doesn't mean you can't go full out in the art. I just wanted to put my input in regarding the change in style and am thoroughly hoping (sorta begging in my most dignified manner) that you will go back to the previous style in the first 5 issues.
