[[ it is about a couple of kids get drunk and they die in a car crash. . . but they where coming from a dance barn so the mayor of the town banned drinking, dancing, and alomst everything even you can play your music to load. . . but a new guy comes into town and breaks the rules he dances and plays his music to load and he starts to fall in love with the mayors daughter. .. so at the end of the movie the mayor allows dancing and lets them have a dance [like for school] and the new guy starts to date the mayors daughter ]]
