Debe ser por la versión que tienes, pueden ser 3 casos: 1.- que tengas Windows xp.
2.- que tengas una versión muy vieja se mmd.
3.- puede que tengas una versión muy nueva que este en fase beta.
Te recomiendo la versión 7.9 o la v803.
