Hey, MintFezer , a lot of people are saying you're a thief or scammer. One particular person said that you had had people buy the adopts a day or two before and then you had them up to be bought again.
Though you hadn't directly replied to this, lower down on your comments section you said, "I always throw them And load quickly, because the needed points and once all sold"
You can't do that. I'm going to ignore the thievery claims of this since I don't have any proof of that from myself or anyone else except for, "uploading quickly" ,which is an invalid reason to accuse someone of theft anyways..
If you want to sell adopts you should be more organized about it. It's not even being organized, I'm a very disorderly person but I wouldn't, "accidentally" ,put up the exact same design(s) that people have already bought from me.
If someone's bought it from you or you don't have the rights to the character in the first place, don't upload it again! You're stirring drama that needn't be had.
Needing points faster isn't a valid answer to why you keep doing this. And don't go and say you're not doing it because you, yourself, said you were down below.
If you need points faster don't sell the same designs, make new ones.
And then there's the part about the thievery. The only thing against that is quickly uploading, but that's not a valid reason to accuse someone as I said before. You could have just done several at once and uploaded them all together.
So I have no proof of this and I do not say you are stealing, for I've not seen any of these adopts anywhere else, nor any like them.
But if you are stealing, (I'm not saying you are, because I don't know and I'd hope you're not), just don't. Make your own designs. Designing characters can be fun if you've got the right idea in your head for some.
May I ask how old you are? You don't have to answer if you don't want to, I'd understand that. If you're younger then you may not understand that what you're probably doing is wrong. But if you're older then you should and you should stop right now.
I don't mean to be rude, I just want to clear up what's going on because someone else was freaking out about this earlier so I'm trying to help them as well.

I don't really understand you, because I from Russia and use the translator. But I then downloaded, not because To sell quickly, but because people nafludit and said I was a thief. I gave him proof of purchase, but he still began to say that I am a thief. And then when I did exactly the same on his profile he said "I made A mistake goodbye . He scared away all the customers, and I had to re-upload the post. I always have proof of purchase, and if I pour so many characters it doesn't mean I'm a thief. I'm 13, but does that affect anything?

I mentioned your age because quite recently there was a big drama over some girl doing stupid things but the reality was she was really young and didn't know what she was doing was wrong.
But anyway like I said, I don't have any proof against you and I'm not accusing you of anything because of that. I don't think you've stolen anything, you just uploaded them at similar times.
And I see what's happened here, so if this is indeed the truth, in which I'll believe you for, then hopefully others will see what happened and that you've done nothing wrong! Just wanted to try and clear things up for someone, so sorry if I sounded rude or anything! ^^

If you're 13 then you should at least have a basic understanding of our community rules. I don't say this to be mean and I know you must use a translator to talk with us, but still, if you don't understand the rules, please ask an administrator to explain them. We do not promote art theft on this site, just because you show us that you have downloaded a picture, does not mean that you have bought it. What we're asking for is either a link to where the first two pony adopts were bought or a screencap/link to the conversation held with the one whom you bought these from. As can be seen on the first two a pony adopts you put up, the signature of the original artist is still there. This is what leads us to believe you stole from them, as, if it were an adopt they most likely would have either left out their signature, or given you a copy which does not contain the signature. In the case that I am wrong on both accounts and that, yes you really did buy these, it's still common courtesy to say who you bought these from upon first uploading them. That being said, unless you and the creator have worked out a deal where you may reupload their work without having to draw it yourself, please say so in the description, as this is another sign that leads us to believe you have stolen. However if that were the case then the creator would have given you a copy that doesn't contain their signature, but then would have asked you to credit them. You see how this all comes full circle? Just about every artist want their art to be known and would almost never just give it away to be reuploaded and sold off to some other person when they could have easily just kept it up on their page and waited for more people to come by. Regardless of this all, please please please, just be mindful of our rules and if you can, take down any pictures you have stolen, or you will be reported. Please credit accounts in which you have gotten bases from, and overall, please just be honest. We don't want to drive you away from this site, we'd be happy to keep you here, but that being said, we can't keep you here if you continue to steal and lie about it. I ask you again, please just be honest with us, return any stolen points, take down any stolen art, and give yourself a nice fresh new start. I've gone through something like this because I was unaware of how things worked and the system in which they worked. Listen to our advice and heed our warnings, otherwise we will have to report you. I'd like to know if you're using bases made by others, if so you need to credit them. Unless you have bought these bases and they are yours to use, still I'd like it if you could possibly confirm this, otherwise I have reason the believe that you are wrongfully using bases and would like to inform you that this is against the rules.
*UPDATE*
I can now see that you are indeed stealing art and have wrongfully taken someone's points, this just so happens to be the same person you told me was a thief. Please do not cause or start petty drama, I kindly ask that you return their points, if you have not already done so, and remove all stolen art.

You should do a little research before accusing people of theft
You aren't supposed to remove signatures from bases, its rude to the artist.
sigs on lineart are a form of credit and a lot of artists have rules against removing them

You dont have to notify people for using a base you paid for if its not in the tos, all they have to do is credit which they did. ARe you not familiar with the basing community?
