You have? Interesting! If you mind telling me about Japan, I can tell you about Sweden~! But to be honest, I'm only half swedish, and have lived here for only four years, and depending on where you are going, it can be very different. I guess it's a nice country to live in; people usually don't judge each other, or at least not out loud. People also have the tendency to get drunk every friday night, so it seems. There are also a lot of forests! XD

Yes I'm half/half :3 Hehe! I was born in the US yes, but I moved away from there when I was like 5. Ever since then I've been in Japan, so I barely remember how it's like over in the US.
I live in Tokyo, so if you wanna know anything specific, I'd be more than happy to entertain you <3
It's very clean here, the people are polite, and the food is delicious...but everything is kinda crammed together because the country is so small. Oh and the technology is awesome! So is the convenience here, stores and things to do all over the place.
Oh and yes, I think they go to school here a lot, but I'm pretty sure Sweden ranks higher in academics in Japan D:

Well the earthquakes... where I am in Tokyo, it shook a lot but we didn't have much damage. We had scheduled blackouts for awhile to preserve energy, but for now they are cancelled until the summer. It is affecting my area a little bit (like limitations on food due to some radiation levels from the Fukushima plant) but over all, Tokyo is fine~
