I FINALLY FIXED MY CUSTOM BOX BACKGROUNDS (and organised my page a bit more while I was at it)
WOOOOOOO 
It turns out if your image is over a certain width, dA will resize it, and it will cut off in your custom box. That's the problem I had. :L All fixed now though~ Glad I don't have an ugly page anymore~ *spins*
