It's not a big deal, if it's a critisim try to tell the person via note, that way we all don't need to be subjected to the name calling and profanity... So… why didn’t I reply? Let’s see. Maybe it’s because I live in a significantly different time zone so ‘last night’ would have been the early hours of the morning. Maybe it’s because I didn’t check my messages thoroughly this morning because I was busy getting ready for work. Maybe it’s because I needed to work late driving between branches to train people on how to use the new EDI software for their computers. Maybe it’s because I have better things to do than check Dev art messages every few hours, such as work on the gryphon re-touching comparison I’m about to upload and on the concept cartooning page that’ll follow shortly. Maybe I wanted to chill out in my living-room, watching an old movie with my friends rather than just sit in front of my computer from the moment I got home from work. I’m sorry that my schedule doesn’t suit you.
Why post it four times in the first place? Once with each of the two specific images so anyone browsing directly to them, like I did, would see it. Once on the main page so anyone arriving that way would see it. Then once in the guestbook on your page because the pictures were also posted there. That way, anyone browsing to your work from any direction would have to go past it, rather than having it tucked away in a corner where it would be missed. That’s called cross-posting, it’s done so anyone it may be relevant to will see it, which leads me on to why post publicly. Since you didn’t understand my earlier explanation, I’ll try to rephrase and elaborate. It wasn’t really a personal attack or a malicious act for that matter. If I wanted to do that, I could have posted it to every image on your site and kept reposting it every time you removed and replaced them or picked things out of your profiles to make fun of but I didn’t, that would have been immature and petty. So, the posting publicly rather than privately... Why privately? You already knew you’d copied it and had chosen to claim it as 100% original despite that fact. There was no reason to tell you what you already knew. On the other hand, everyone you duped did have a right to be shown the other side of the coin and given enough information to check so that they could make up their own minds about it. I don’t ever like seeing people manipulated in a detrimental way, regardless of whether I happen to know them or not.
That nicely leads to my opening line. The word ‘liar’ that you keep bringing up, defined by the dictionary as – “A person who knowingly utters falsehood; one who lies”. You claimed that you’d created the poses on you website (although now you’ve changed the wording) and threatened copyright legal action against anyone that took them. You repeatedly made claims of originality on pictures that, if not traced, were copied line for line. So, you knew you’d copied the pictures as completely as possible from a book, then claimed that you’d created the poses totally by yourself… “A person who knowingly utters falsehood; one who lies”. I rarely make comments I can’t back up to a reasonable degree.
This will be my last post on the matter. I never had any real interest beyond putting forth my initial statement and don’t see anything being gained from a drawn out debate other than more swearing, so you get your wish of being left alone. You asked me “what the fuck do you want from me?” and my only answer is ‘nothing’. I never wanted anything from you, that’s your biggest misconception. I wanted everybody else to stop for a moment, look at both sides, then make up their own minds. If your argument holds weight, you’ll have nothing to worry about. Goodbye.

Now, how old are you, sir? I think you could be a bit more mature than you are being. I'm seventeen, and I wouldn't act like that. Onissarle is talking to you in a respective manner, and yet, you refuse to be an adult and to speak to him in a respective manner. It does not matter how this person was in school or whatnot. What matters is you need to be an adult and admit your mistakes and correct them. THAT is what an adult IS.
Copyright infringement can be a very serious offense. I suggest you come up with your own poses and style.
And I certainly hope that if you reply to my post, you will act as adult as I am. Spare me the rude remarks and swearing. It is HIGHLY unnesessary.
