Sumimasendeshita is apologizing when you did something bad in the past. You can use 'sumimasen' only or 'gomenasai'...
Hoshi can either mean star, shooting star or wish depending on the use and/or context...
Kappu keki is cupcake, yay~!!
And I have no idea what adji means... Gomen ne... I don't seem like much help...
