Hmm...

After much deliberation I think the best fit for "one character to Universe Hop" would be Sian.

The Schtoruka family Universe Hops the best, but they come in a set of 3--I think I'm going to try drawing that today. RJ *is* a bear. Alex doesn't handle "paws" well. Cardiyal's personality is *really* hard to explain.

Does "tiny fuzzy companion" count as "2 characters?" Sian has a fuzzy pet with him 90% of the time, and for your art style, "tiny gerbil peeking out from behind his leg" would fit the mood of their relationship.

Sian, in his human form, is skeletally skinny, with really big, deep, "starving people" eyes that are blue, but the blue gets a bit lost in the "deep-and-starving" look. He's got black, crazy hair that does the "Einstein" thing and tapers at a pretty strong widows' peak.

He usually wears casual clothes, jeans, shorts, t shirts, and doesn't deeply care what color they are. (He's often in purple on the character sheets because no one else wears purple, not 'cause he especially cares either way.)

Peeps (the pet)'s original form is a Peeps-yellow (the candy) ferret sized furry dragon thing from another dimension. Sian was there when she hatched and she imprinted on him and they're almost never apart.

For this, "furry and present" is pretty much okay with me for her.

As for poses/personality, he's kind of sulky/shy around people he doesn't know, but once he gets to know somebody, he's really defensive and protective.
