No, I've just run into some issues with people there who are grown adults like myself who prefer to conduct themselves lit immature little brats and not only take that action from FH but bring it to DA as well. Its bothersome because this person has really made things very difficult and knows they are at fault and rather than come forwards and apologize, they ran away...like a coward. I'm not mad they decided to walk away, I'm mad because I was not even worth the amount of decency it takes to apologize.

Ahh those are the worst. Especially when you have to deal with such people irl -Insert pissed off face here-, cause you can't just 'disappear' if it's at work/military etc.

sadly there's nothing I can do. Normally to keep out of trouble I just tell people to bugger off instead. Then I get what I'm saying across without getting on a mod's bad side. Some mods are pretty serious about things like that, others are a bit more lenient. If I don't know which mod kicked you I can't do much to ask them why you got banned or what happened and such. You'd have to find out from them and if you plead your case telling them what all happened you can often see about getting back sooner. It depends on the severity of what was said.
