"Ciao...I'm Lovino Vargas, come and enjoy my side of the country~"
Lovino/Romano is the embodiment of the Southern Part of Italy. He was raised by Spain after he had been conquered by him in the Battle of Garigliano. In modern times he is affectionate towards Spain though he rarely shows it openly; he seems to become extremely jealous when Spain is with someone else. When Spain caught a cold, South Italy increased imports from Spain (despite having a cold himself) and overcomes his weakness to the Mafia (even though he usually bends to their will.) He also trusts Prussia, to some degree and doesn't yell at him or cuss excessively towards him.Β
As for other Nations's...Well America and he have a sort of friendship, since he joined the Allies during WW2. So they get along a bit, and if he and Japan knew one another well they would probably get along.Β
he has a soft spot for his younger brother Feliciano, though he rarely shows it because...they have a hard time getting along. But he does get angry and hurt if he hears his little brother doesn't admire him, and he has been shown to share a bed with him. It's a complicated relationship. Despite what people think of him Lovino is a very hard worker, doing most of the planting and gardening himself and he loves children. Yes, he has a sensitive side, liking poetry and romantic songs and literature..he also appreciates when someone tries to romance him because it makes him feel important.
Despite saying he never misses his grandfather Rome he really does, having been a very small child who had followed Rome until his little brother came and then he felt ditched when he was left alone with the inheritance while Feliciano was left to live free and happy.

"What the hell kind of bullshit is this?" Chiara grumbled slightly and looked over the Southern male, who seemed to hold slight resemblance towards her in the visual aspect. She soon began to circle around him, taking her time to analyze him thoroughly and search for any possible weakness, but decided to question him first. "What's your name?"

The Italian man frowned at the woman who was analyzing him. Who also had a weird resemblance to himself, this was a bit odd. Crossing his arms he leaned back a bit to take her in, and also keep an eye out for any sudden moves. "Names Lovino Vargas, what the hell is your name bella?"

The southern female stopped in front of the stranger and crossed her arms, taking a moment to wrap her head around the fact that their was someone else who looked eerily similar to her. "I'm Chiara Vargas. Why the hell did you steal my last name, idiota?"

He scoffed, standing with a hand on his hip as he scowled at the other Southern Italian. "I stole no ones last name! If anything you copied me!"

She figured if she couldn't get her boys out by calmly talking things over, then she'd do it by less calm means. Of course, Clarisa didn't expect such a nice compromise. Romulus had agreed to cut off Lovino and Italo from full mafia service as long as they still were connected to it. In a way, they'd become figure heads and nothing more, holding power by name but not by action. The second agreement was that she too, became that figurehead. Clarisa would have the respect and safety and luxury, without the danger. It was hard to come to that decision, but after a long talk with Lovino, the deal had been struck.
It was a good deal. Now, Italo had his family all together and no danger was posed to him. Clarisa and Lovino could plan their wedding in peace and Clarisa also got to have an extended group of family, so to speak, in the mafioso men. They valued her maternal and sisterly affection as well as her mind and...interesting way of getting things done that concerned her or Lovino or Italo. Granted it was terrifying and also sexy as hell, but no one planned to stop her. Clarisa in turn liked to keep herself together by making full use of the gym at the mansion they all stayed in with Romulus. Whether it be dancing, sparring, or just plain excercise, Clarisa drew in a crowd and Lovino got a mix of compliments and jealousy.
Today would be a good example of that. Clarisa was sparring in the dance hall, using the bits of tango and flamenco to enhance her speed, agility, and flexibility against her opponent, which happened to be her fiancΓ©.

Lovino was, for one thing glad that he didn't have to perform hits on anyone. Truthfully, he didn't like going to family fights or taking hits out on people. However, in the situation of that one bastard that had harmed his family he'd gladly go and ...interrogate them. Although, he was extremely happy about his family being all together now in the mansion..there was one tiny draw back.Β
The amount of men he had to kick the shit out of...honestly, one would think they could keep their eyes to themselves considering Clarisa was his fiance'! But he had to put them in their place...which usually meant later that night he ended up dragging Clarisa to their bed and -well one got the idea.Β
Like today, as he neared the gym for his few hours of fighting. But when he got there he noticed a small crowd of men pausing mid punch, or lift to stare at his fiance train...Which he had to admit was arousing to see. The ferocity, and intensity in her moves...he glanced around and smirked. Heh, well...I think I can have some fun with this situation. Casually he walked over and touched her shoulder. "Ciao my love...mind if you spar a little with me?~"Β

Clarisa paused mid-bend, showing off her flexibility and alluring curves. With Lovino her self confidence had soared, and she was happy being in her own body. Her wonderful, strong body. Smiling at him, she straightened up and leaned up to kiss his neck, then nodded and got into a good starting position. "Sure, we can spar. Winner gets to tie up the loser in bed."

She almost picked him up and threw him, as whenever she did thessethings, she did them with full focus and intensity, practically in her own little world. Luckily she didn't though, instead she smiled, face flushed a pretty red and hair sticking in curls along her face. "Sure, I'd love to. Though don't pout if I win." Clarisa giggled good-naturedly and for into position. The whole gym went quiet spare the music from thespeakers. They were eager to see the two go at each other.Β

Lovino really was glad she hadn't body flipped him, not that he couldn't land but still it would be really painful way to start a training session. He blushed slightly at her red face, the little fly away curls made her look cute. He wasn't sure how she could go from cute to sexy, but he wasn't going to question it. Laughing he shook his head, "Ha! I am not going to be the one pouting," he said before tossing his towel onto a near by bench before standing in front of her. He took the offensive position, muscles ready to strike. He looked her in the eye with a grin. "Ready? ...Three, two...one...go!"Β
He decided to make the first move, only to see her moves first..it was his whole technique.Β

Clarisa naturally dodged it, taking a simple side-step and adjusting to keep track of him. Clarisa knew never to underestimate him, she'd seen him fight, and it was a feat. A sexy one from time to time, but always skilled. She then threw an open palmed hit, to keep him at a distance.

Lovino had anticipated her dodging, he twisted to stop himself from propelling forward. He was able to dodge the open palmed hit, but it didn't really faze him. Once he gained his footing he launched forward, bringing his left arm up, looking like he was going for a hit, but his right arm was ready to grab her around the waist when she tried to block him.

And she did, only to be caught and held, but not very long. With a quick peck on the lips she pulled back and aimed to pin him to the ground.

Lovino blushed, but yelped quickly after his back hit the mat on the floor. He looked up at her and grinned, "Heh, seems you caught me eh?" he asked, trying to sound cool and seductive..even if he was on the bottom here. -Not that he minded the position actually- but still he could see a bunch of the other men snickering at how easily he was pinned...he'd have to beat them for that.

She smiled and had him in an inescapable position in moments, though it only gave him a wonderful view of her chest and the intimacy of being close. "I think so, but you don't seem to mind, right?"
