Start Excel and PowerPoint. In Excel, select the information you want to include in your presentation. Right click choose copy. Switch to PowerPoint and use the edit. Paste Special command. Choose Excel Workbook or Chart object on the list provided. If you want the recipient to be able to further edit the Excel data, just click okay.
