「Just a simple kind of lovely」
I'm a girl that took writing and drawing as a way out of being bullied when I was young. Ten years later, here I am, still drawing and writing, creating stories for my own world, and also helping real science flourish and grow.
I'm still a mystery to myself, and sometimes I think I come from outer space or at least, the moon. But I don't mind, I like it here and I like sharing my stories, all in one (or more) pictures.
I'm self-taught, and have been learning while studying and working, so maybe I don't have all the time I wish I had for art, but art is part of what kept me alive and still does, it's like oxygen to me.
So, enjoy the way I breathe and live through art...

Hi klkjr I have a few, choosing just one is hard. moonkestrel.deviantart.com/art… is probably my most dear written piece published here. To me it speaks mountains and galaxies.
fav.me/d8c4dsh Protected Dreams was really hard work and my last digital "masterpiece" (I haven't done another one in years for personal reasons). I worked hard on all details and on the concept. The concept is dear to my heart, the fact that sometimes the idea, the thought of a friend or just an email, a text can cheer you up, can be all the difference you need.
moonkestrel.deviantart.com/art… I'm proud of all my pocket watches. I am fascinated by watches and try hard to make the mechanisms drawn be "real" (Engineering is part of me). This one is special because it also includes a dragon and playing with the concept of drawing with chains.
fav.me/d77ywb6 Female was a study on light and shadow and grey scale and at first I was frustrated with myself because I thought I'd fail. But as I kept working on it stubbornly, I managed to make something out of nothing. It was a powerful statement to myself that I could "master" what I thought I couldn't in a medium I wasn't proficient (and still I am not) in.
And finally, Child Knit fav.me/d9g3ybp she's among my most favourite and one of my proudest works. The emotion that's raw in her was better than I thought I could generate, and it was the first "face" portrayal of the character as a child, she had always appeared from behind or with a hidden face, but in her first appearance she was "perfect". She just spoke more than a 1000 words as she came to existence.
