Average guy, kind of geeky or as i say 'an intellectual baddass!'I love Warhammer, and gaming and music. I enjoy many types of music, as long as it's not Rap. My fav bands are Evanescence and MCR, but i really love classical music too. Game wise i'm into stategy and some FPS and RPG titles like Mass Effect. Hey there! I'm your partner for this round of OC-Art-Exchange . Nice to meet you!
What kind of art do we want to do? Do you want both of us to just a headshot/bust-up, or would you rather do fullbody? Colored or b&w? If you don't have a preference, I'd love to do colored fullbody, and maybe even a background of some sort? (Check out my recent gallery for examples of what kind of backgrounds I mean; I usually airbrush a vague background, or use a gradient) Let me know what you're interested in!

Coould you tell me a bit more about his setting? In terms of what would be an appropriate bg. Would it be better if he was in the woods, or a plain, or in a fortress, etc.?

Well he's my character in the LARP group Dark Tempus which is a post-apoc setting like Fallout. He's actually a former assassin from a secretive Dojo/Guild that works with the Aristoc (Think fancy military style officers and lower serfs with matching armour, kinda like Russian military style cadre)
He now serves the one he was originally sent ot kill, due to an abuse of his honour and the morals of the Guild. As you can see i modeled his style off of the Samurai which is why i carry the Katana and Wakisashi. I do also carry a large pistol but i might replace that with a Yumi.

Ah, I was thinking more from a visual sense -- would you be most likely to find him outside on the field, or inside a fortress keeping guard, for example? And whichever it is, what might he be commonly doing? Walking around, keeping a lookout etc.?

Oooo cool. It looks really good but three things need changing. My eyes are green not brown, my hair is black not brown, and only the right hand has the black glove.
These other things are optional; i normally carry a holster strapped to my right leg that holds a heavy revolver, though from the angle you'd likely just see the straps and maybe the butt of the pistol which i wear reverse style. Also as a reference the two swords are japanese, straight style Katana and Wakisashi.

Alrighty, fixed those! At least the easy stuff like the colors. For the other weapons, I couldn't really add much more but I at least edited in a strap on his right leg. Hope that works better!
