Mostly because a request like that can either be informed to the person running the blog, or I can start the long request without giving any info the "Mod" of the blog. Plus I can add some dangers to it if needed to.

um, why do you think i excluded animals and pets from Rarity's shrinkage of everyone in Ponyville?
Think about what Angel would do with a 3in. Fluttershy ;3
but yeah, dangers are welcome but mostly would blend into the difficulties of the Ponies's occupations as destined on their cutie marks due now being no bigger than 3 inches (mouse size) like say running an apple farm, making baked goods - stuff like that

but comedic moments are needed too

the ending is again: either Celestia or Luna reverting everyone back to normal size but two catches
1. every one will have this side effect after Celestia/Luna's size reversal spell: [link]

2. Rarity is still mouse sized however, Celestia remedied the situation by shrinking her home (Carousel Boutique) and everything (including her cat and Sweetie Belle) in it to be accessible to her size and make a magical tunnel to the front door of her home which temporarily shrinks visitors, any of her family or friends to her size when they enter her place but revert to normal when leaving

you are more than welcome to throw in some odds and ends to make it more worthwhile ^^
