I love your Red Queen dress ;-; What did you use for the decals? Did you have stencils and paint? What did you use to make her dress puff up?

Awww thank you so much! That means a lot to me~ <3 Every gold detailing that you see is completely hand painted in segments with what they call 'freezer paper'. I drew out the stencils needed, and ironed it down, and it took about two layers of paint to get the predominant colouring against the black. After that had dried, I pealed off the freezer paper, and began on the next section along from that.
The skirt! Wooh boy! This has some pretty hefty weight to it~ Underneath it all I start with high waist bloomers, so I know that at least my hips will have a little bit of support.
It starts with a 6-hoop petticoat with a circumference of about 140cm. Over this, is another petticoat of a stiff netting with a gathered layer around the top which is a lot shorter to enable a bell like shape when yet /another/ netting petticoat is placed over it, which comes down about part way to the first.
If it helps, I'll draw up a diagram of what I'm trying to explain later on~
