Damn art thieves! I can live with those who don't know about copyright, get their lecture and then behave like good children. He did delete your stuff after I almost through bricks at him, but he obviously resisted to take down the other stuff, to (also, watermarked others' stuff, wtf?). I flagged some of his stuff, but if dA doesn't take action, I'll flag-spam them with everything D<

Even if there's no visible watermark or copyright claim, don't post others' stuff on dA as long as it wasn't done by you

Sure, false watermarks are even worse. However, look at the bottom of the pics you've uploaded. There should be a "Β©2009 ~psychoman4" under them and that's an automatic copyright-claim, too. It's because deviantArt usually thinks you're the original creator and thus you hold the copyright. ^^

It shouldn't be a big deal if you're new to this. Some people simply make mistakes and then learn from them. The actual problem are people stealing art on purpose, some are even making money with it.
