The stories of the Mushi and the people they effect are all linked together by a travailing Mushi-shi or "Mushi Master" who seeks rare Mushi sightings and uses his shaman-like knowledge of Mushi to help the affected people. What are the Mushi and what do they want?

It was the early spring, trees started blossoming as the forests started awakening from the winter, ice melting around the new green plats that grew. A man with white hair and green eyes made his away through the forest, he had a map out, trying to find his way but had already accepted that he was lost.

Loki was walking by, his dull, amber brown eyes sparkling softly.
He knew this forest like the palm of his hand. And then, he saw
the man. He tilted his head curiously at the other and walked
towards the person.
"Excuse me...who are you...?"

The man looked up, smoke slowly rising from his cigar. "My name is Ginko, I am trying to find a near by village." He sighed, scratching the back of his head. "Can you help me out?" I have been lost for hours and I could really use something to eat."

"My name's Loki. I'll be pleased to help you." He turns around and starts going towards his wooden house in the middle of the forest.

"Thank you." Follows Loki, looking around the forest as they walk. "Hmm, this place is rich in mushi..."

"It also has a lot of medicinal herbs. I have each species at my greenhouse." He walked in his house, waiting for the other to enter it.

Ginko took off his shoes before stepping through the door looking around the house. "There are mushi in here to."

"There'll be a lot of it here." Loki shrugged.

"Hmm, if what you say is true, I can't stay long." He placed down his wooden box before stretching.

"Don't worry. If that bothers you, the mushi will go away." Loki went to the greenhouse for some tea leaves. "Would you want some tea?"

"It is not that, they are perfectly alright to stay." Nods. "Tea sounds nice, thank you." Sits down before leaning his back against his wooden box.

He went to brew tea.

Ginko looked up at a group of mushi that were collected up in the corner of the ceiling.

Loki had finished with the tea brewing, giving a cup to Ginko. "Here..."

Ginko looked up at Loki and smiled. "Thanks." Takes the cup of tea, taking a sip.

"It's Earl Grey tea. It'll warm you up."
